Ski amadé is a ski area that includes the ski areas of Salzburg and Styria. In total, there are 5 top ski areas (regions) with 25 renowned ski resorts - 270 modern ski lifts and 760 km of luxurious and daily groomed slopes. For Ski amadé you only need 1 ski pass, which allows you to reach the summits of each ski area. Ski amadé offers 4 types of lifts, namely:
- Chairlifts - 90 lifts
- Ski lifts - 81 lifts
- Practice lifts - 52 lifts
- Cabin lifts - 47 lifts
Up to 90% of the slopes can be covered with technical snow, which is produced by 4,500 snowmaking machines, so you certainly don't have to worry about being surprised by bad snow conditions.
In case you don't feel like skiing the individual peaks, you can certainly try the awesome cross-country ski tracks, of which there are countless in the Ski amadé area.
The Hotel Residence AlpenHeart in Bad Gastein, as well as the other areas of Bad Hofgastein, Dorfgastein, Sportgastein, belong to the Ski amadé area - so you only need 1 ski pass to enjoy the luxury slopes of Ski amadé.
